Yes, this site is good and easy to use. Well all I can say this is truly the first time I have ever bought this thing. The cs team was super helpful in guiding me on which doll would best suite my needs (especially as a first-time buyer) and was safe and quick to get to Florida. Any small issues from the factory that have come up have been dealt with by cs directly. The doll is just what I want! I would definitely order from this site again!
